Return Policy for Digital Products (Plugins & Themes)
Due to the nature of our products being digital downloads (WordPress and Shopify plugins, BigCommerce plugins and themes), we do not offer refunds as the purchase is completed and files are delivered.
Nonetheless, if you encounter a technical problem with a WordPress, Shopify, or BigCommerce plugin/theme and our support team is unable to resolve it, refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will only be issued if:
The plugin or theme does not function as advertised.
The problem is beyond our support team’s capabilities.
Refund claims are made with valid proof of purchase.
